These strong and sweet-flavoured tomatoes are known for their canning qualities. With fewer seeds than most other kinds of tomatoes and less acidity as well, they make fantastic salsa. The vines of this indeterminate plant are vigorous and need to be staked. Clusters of 6 or so of approximately 4 inch long fruit will develop on this plant that has a maturity of about 85 days.
