Large 450-900 g (1-2 lbs), flat-topped, purplish-pink, smooth skinned fruit form on tall plants. Grows 50-100 cm in height. The fruit have small seed cavities, lots of meat and a gentle mild taste. Due to its lovely taste, solid form and beautiful colour, this beefsteak style tomato makes a great slicer.  Indeterminate growth pattern (individual fruits ripen successively over many days).
